for summer fun
Cedar Point’s operating hours are great for day trips and weekend visits
Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky Ohio offers a wide range of operating hours that will accommodate vacations as well as day trips and weekend visits to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. Cedar Point presents exciting events that will not only entice Cedar Point’s Sandusky Ohio residents, but people from all over Ohio and the nation, to visit Cedar Point Amusement Park. The hours at Cedar Point change as the weather gets warmer and then cools off so be sure to check out our hours page to make sure you are able to enjoy a whole day of fun!
Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky Ohio will open for Cedar Point’s 140th season on Saturday May 16, 2009. Days and hours of operation at Cedar Point vary from month to month with the majority of opening hours at Cedar Point starting at 10 a.m. and closing at 10 p.m. Cedar Point Resort guests and Points Perks members are welcome to enter Cedar Point Amusement Park at 9 a.m. on opening day and most other Cedar Point operating days.
Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio offers extended hours of operation on July 4, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Cedar Point Amusement Park accommodates longer hours in its peak months. On Cedar Point’s opening day and the 4th of July, Cedar Point Amusement Park will light up the sky with a fireworks extravaganza. Cedar Point also offers extended hours for HalloWeekends with hours from noon to midnight.
Cedar Point’s Soak City will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 23, 2009 and close at 7 p.m. Hours of operation at Cedar Point’s Soak City vary from
month to month.
Cedar Point Park’s neighbor, Challenge Park, is open for the Ultimate thrillseeker and offers convenient hours of operation. It is open to the public and a Cedar Point admission
is not necessary.
Many organizations and companies offer Cedar Point discount tickets. Cedar Point encourages you to spend more than one day to experience Cedar Point Amusement Park, Soak City, Challenge Park and/or Castaway Bay.
